You managed to copy our Tech Support's answer to your post, but I'm sure you were trying to add something.

When you click on the "" marks to reply, the software copies the previous post into your reply box. If you want to include that, you need to go to the end of the text in the message box. If you'd like to get rid of it, press ctrl-A to select all the text, then start typing, or press the Delete key.
