Yes - you can use SA's Online Inquiry, selecting 'All' for your date range and records, select 'Show' Amount, 'By' Invoice No. for All Customers.
This will display all transactions sorted by Credit Note, then by Invoice Numbers. To see the details for any given document, just select that entry and press <Enter>. Misc charges and Tax lines should be easily identifiable.
Using SA, you could create a 'new' standard report that you could either print to screen or to paper that would give you this information. Make sure to include the 'Type' field on your report as well as any other fields that you need to identify the transactions.
You could also use either QR or QRWIN to create a report that will give you this information, by including the 'Transaction type' and 'Line number' fields, you can see exactly which transactions have the misc charges in them, and what lines they are on.
Another method is to create a transfer template and export data from SA to look at in another application, such as Excel.
Hope this helps!
