Hi James,
Under the File menu, choose Options. From here you can set default printers for each document type that you can print (ie reports, checks and additional forms). The selection of printers comes from what you have defined as printers through windows.
Note that because you are using version 6.8B, these choices for default printers are for each workstation, meaning that you can choose to pick different settings or printers for each workstation if desired.
