Hi Marilyn,

On the Customer Notes tab within Edit Customers, there are 2 sections. The top section, 'Additional Comments', is an area where you may type in as much text as you want. The bottom section allows you to enter text that is pertinent to a particular date, time and user.

To enter information in the bottom area, simply double-click on a blank row. To edit an existing note, double-click on the desired row.

To print this information, you may print the Customer Notes report. It may be that you have to have at least one 'dated' note before the additional comments will print (depending on whether you have an older version). There are ways to limit the number of notes that print on the report, such as date and user ranges, or the 'Last N notes per customer'.
