1. What file format have you chosen to export your report as?
2. What version/release of PR is the report based on? Canadian or US payroll?
3. Is the file extension you gave the export file name the correct one for the type of file format being exported?
4. Is "PRBATCH" the file name you gave the report when exporting it? Are you certain that this matches the filename you are trying to import into the destination application?
5. Are you actually exporting the report, or are you "printing" to a file?
6. Are you certain that the format you have chosen is the type required in order to import into your destination application successfully? In other words, have you followed the proper guidelines for the import file format and layout that the destination application is expecting to see?
7. Is this the first time you have tried exporting data from QR, or did you always do this from the earlier version?
8. What version & release date of QR did you upgrade from?
9. Did you also upgrade your PR? If so, what version did you upgrade from & was QR installed AFTER you upgraded PR?

If you upgraded your PR and then QR, you may have to convert the reports that were created with the older version to the newer version. Was this done?

Please give as many details as possible. Also, what fields are on this report?
