I have set up a letter within A/R and go to print it and it prints 7 times. I have chnaged the # of copies in the specifications to 1. Can you help, what am I missing?

Perhaps the Windows printer you are printing to has the "number of copies" set to 7?

I get the copies when I do a print preview in the A/R module, under print statements/letters

Check your specification. There should only be a Page Header and an End of Page section.

Try creating a new letter from a template, in the specification editor under the file menu select Open Template and then Dunning Letter (assumes you have v8) or try printing a letter from the sample data. If this works then it is definitley your specification that is the problme.

The dunning letter works, prints 1 pg. So I changed my "end of page" to "last page footer" and it still wants to print so many pages. So I deleted the footer and only have a page header and it works!
