I ran an integrity check on our Inventory module and it showed 71 errors, so I backed up and rebuilt. After rebuilding I ran another integrity check and now there are 78 errors. What do I do now????

What are the errors it is reporting?

Most of the errors are Receipt #xxx has non existing item. Then the new seven are "BOM Master Item MIS-FORD, BOM1, line 1, component PTB-ASE Rail is invalid. and Item MIC Install Kit quantity of lost sales LY is below zero.

You can either add the item # back to get rid of the receipt erros, or purge the receipt it's complaining about. The BOM will have to be fixed manually too. You can safely ignore the QTY of lost sales message.
