It the menu choice is dimmed, then your security settings have disabled access to the function for your group.

Hi, Fong,

Active Users is available in all Adagio modules versions 8.0 and higher. It is available from the Help | About menu within AP8.1A and other modules.

Check Group Security within AP for the user Group the user who cannot access Active Users belongs to. If they are unable to access the Active Users features, it is because they have not been granted permission to do so as a member of the Group they belong to.

OH! I got it now!
I was told that Active User function wasn't available in A/P before. Now I am happy to be able to see who is hogging the system.
