Is there anyway to prevent clerks purging transaction history. Need them to have access to printing the report, but not purging the details.

THE ANSWER FROM SOFTRAK WAS NO - BUT IT'S HIGH ON THE LIST.

SUGGESTION IS TO RESTRICT ACCESS TO LESSER EMPLOYEES TO THE INQUIRIES --> TRANSACTION HISTORY, AND GIVE REPORTS --> TRANSACTION REPORTS --> TRANSACTION HISTORY ACCESS TO NECESSARY PERSONS ONLY.

**RESTRICTIONS CAN BE PERFORMED UNDER THE USER/GROUP SETUP**
