We added two workstations running Vista Business to our network. When trying to install Adagio programmes, we get an error that the report tables are missing an entry and I should reinstall the programme. Tried installing all the modules and got the same message. That message occurs for each and every module. I have checked the report tables and all the entries are there.However there is no such error when installing on a Windows XP Pro machine.

When I do a chksys on the Vista machine it tells me that there is no 32 bit driver available for this workstation.

Any ideas why this happens and what can I do to do the workstation install rather than reinstalling the programme.

Have you turned off User Account Control (UAC)?

Is the report tables drive the same as the drive the programs have been installed to?

Yes the report table drive and the program drive are the same.
No I have not turned off UAC. Do I need to?

Yes, UAC must be off for installations.
