From the information you have given, this is a data-related issue and does not have much to do with the TBR program operation. That being said, since the error is referring to a data file size error, normally this type of error can only be resolved by either:
1. Restore from a good backup prior to having received this error
2. Get a database repair done
If you want more details than that given using the WSM DIC (if that is what you are using to do the DIC), then using DataCare, you can select a 'verbose' diagnostic check, do a single entry check on TBR Client Profiles, then print the DataCare log to get a more informative error listing.
