To make the question simpler:

When I create an interest batch in Adagio Receivables the interest batch which is created has a due date the same as the invoice date.

How do I make the interest batch have a due date the 25th of the following month?

Hello Fishers:

You could manually edit the Due Dates in the batch. That works OK for a small number of invoices, admittedly not so well for a larger number.

The concept is that the interest charges are due immediately, not at a later date. That's pretty standard. There's probably a good reason why your firm gives terms on interest due but could you explain it for us?

You were correct in saying that interest charges are due immediately. I made a preliminary assumption based on initial discrepancies between the old AccPac statements and the new Adagio statements.

Thanks for your help. I did initially try to manually change the dates although it did not seem to keep the dates I changed them to.
