I have installed FX and set up users with "Enable SF Export and Printing" checked off. The Excel Direct buttons do not show up though. What am I missing?

And the release date? The ExcelDirect buttons were mostly added in a HotFix.

I'm using FX9.0A(101126) and am not experiencing this problem at all. Please download and install the hotfix for FX9 from our website.

It's mentioned in the HotFix notes. You should see the ExcelDirect with the HotFix, given the user is setup for SF export.
