When you first log into Adagio, you should use the System Admin user ID 'SYS' and password 'SYS'. Logging in as any other user will not allow editing the user and security group lists.

Using the SYS ID should allow access to everything, so if you still do not have access to editing users/groups, then something did not get installed or set up correctly. I would suggest reinstalling the software, making sure that you have full install rights and network rights to the program and data directories.
