Hello Constance,

Which version of QCW did you install? Which version of Windows is being used on this station?

There are 2 issues that may cause this error.

1. The correct report table is not being used. If the station is not pointed to the correct Report tables drive or the report table was not installed, you may get this error.

2. There is a UFLDTDIF.dll (and/or U2ldtdif.dll) in the Windows\Crystal directory. This file is installed by A4W & it is not compatible with QCW. UFLDTDIF.dll adds this addtional function to Crystal: DateTimeDiff.

Hello Constance,

Reinstall QCW. Do a custom install and pay attention to the drive that is set as the report tables drive during installation.

Report tables go into the QRASP. You may accidentally have more than one QRASP.

When the tables are installed, the CRW.INI in the Windows directory will contain a path to the report tables drive. For example:
[ACCPAC.DLLInfo]
ACCPACPath=C:\
