Exporting and printing can be disabled in GridView on the Edit | Definition form. You can prevent individual users from being able to modify a view by excluding a specific command line parameter (refer to the documentation).

GridView will not let users at an Adagio site log in if they are not set up as users there. At a DOS site, this security does not exist.
