You do know that you can type whatever you'd like into that field? The 10 provided are just a convenience.

Yes, we have to type in the field regularly because there isn't enough room to set up more of our popular Ship Via methods. We used up the top 8 just with our different delivery truck runs and only 2 left for couriers. Not even a space left for Canada Post or other couriers that we don't use as often.
