If you are not interfaced with Adagio Ledger or Accpac Plus General Ledger, then when you print the GL Transactions report to either a Printer or File, then you should get a prompt whether you want to clear the report. Note that you cannot Preview the report and get the option to clear the contents.

If you do have either of these products, or have GL data exist in the same directory as TBR or Adagio Time&Billing, you will not get a prompt to clear this report, regardless of the print location. The correct process would be to retrieve the T&B sub-ledger batch into Ledger. Note that this is related to the existance of GL data, rather than the existance of the program.

If you have printed the report and want to remove the file, you can manually delete it. In your data directory, look for LWGLBTCH (for TBR DOS) or TBGLBTCH (for Adagio Time&Billing).
