Dear Shawn,

All reports within Adagio are generated using Crystal Reports except for output from specifications (AP checks, AR invoices etc.).

Given the symptoms you describe it is very likely that a Crystal dll is not the correct version for use with Adagio. This can happen if other Crystal software is installed with a later version of the dll in question.

Here is what I would recommend.

Search the user’s drive for CRPE32.DLL

Check the version(s) of the file(s) under properties.

Adagio requires version 7.0.100.15 of this dll. The file date should be Feb 11 1999. The file size should be 5662 KB.

If you find a file or files by this name but with different version rename the one(s) not matching what I have described above.

If the CRPE32.DLL in the WINNT\System32, Windows\System or Windows|System32 directory (depending on the operating system) matches the info previously stated as to version etc. and you still are unable to print reports after renaming any CRPE32.DLLs (with other versions) then try copying the file from the Softrak\System\WIN32 directory to the local WINxx\System32 directory.

If you still have difficulties it could be a User rights, file attribute or some other issue.

Try the above and let us know if the user is still having difficulties.
