If you are running a report in QRW from your order entry files, then the orders that are being actively edited may have old dollar amounts or quantities included on the report. If users are actively adding orders while you are generating a report, then you might have some orders skipped in the report that is being produced. QRW does not lock any files while it generates its reports. We felt this behaviour was preferable to people being unable to post when reports were being run.

If you want to make sure that all data is included, then make a copy of your database on a local drive and report from the local copy. (This will have the side benefit of greatly speeding up the report generation.)
