What version of Quik Reports (and release date) do you currently have installed? The 'not all data related' message is typically directly related to not having reinstalled Quik Invoice (or any other 3rd party product) after Quik Reports. The table linking gets disconnected when QR is upgraded/installed, and the reinstalling of QI is required.

As far as the item code range issue is concerned, we'll have to take a closer look as to what's happening.
