Have you looked at the Transaction and Analysis Report, Customer List and Statistics?

It has an option to print Address only. This report will include the customer?s phone and fax numbers.

Alternately, you could use the F6 Smartfinder on the Customer Number field, and the Column Editor to put on the fields you need (Customer number, name, address and Phone number). The results of Smartfinder searches can be printed or exported to Excel.

Go to Receivables to print the Customer List and Statistics report.

From Payables, you can print a Vendor list with Address only. From the Reports menu, go to Transaction and Analysis Reports, and choose Vendor List and Statistics.

Which version of Receivables do you have?

If you are using an older release of Receivables, the report may be on the Reports menu. It will be called Customer List. The Customer List report has the option for Address only.
