The sort by items aren't greyed out when a quote or prospect filter is selected. None of the sort by items work in quotes when a filter is selected (as expected) but strange things happen in prospects if a sort by item is selected while a filter is selected.

Hi Mike,

Indeed the 'Sort by' choices that appear on the right-click menu should be inaccessible when a filter is in use on the Prospects or Quotes screens - as they are for Customers - because it is the Filter that controls the grid sorting. I will write this up for the programmers.

In the mean time, when a filter is in use for prospects or quotes, don't use the Sort By choices.
