We changed from Accpac Plus where I had some PO's that were not completed when we put in the Adagio. Now in the Inventory Control, I have 12 entries that stay on the edit receipts list as "active". If I try to "complete" them I get a message saying PO created in Accpac Plus Inventory can not be edited in Adagio Inventory. Am I destined to carry these for on the list forever now?

Hi Gary,

You are correct that because Adagio Inventory does not have Purchase Orders built into it, you may not process receipts posted in Accpac Plus Inventory Control.

You may still use Accpac Plus to finish off those last 12, even though you have started to use Adagio!

If purchase orders is a requirement for your procedures, have you taken a look at either of the add-on products available: Purple Inventory Receipts or PO Tracker from IMS? Take a look at the 3rd party software links on our site.

Thanks. I just got some time (and the courage) to go back into ACCPAC data and was able to complete our old PO listings without any problems. Thanks for your help
