We upgraded O/E to Version 9.2A in August. Ever since the upgrade our commission report is printing out with no particular sort pattern. The sales for each salesperson are not listed by date, invoice number, alphabetical or customer number. It's random. Is there anywhere to set the parameters for sorting this report?
