Hi Steve, Softrak is not ignorant to that feature. You can see it was demonstrated in the recorded webinar on July 7th, 2010, starting the 46:00 minute mark. It is also indicated in the Help file - there is an entire topic devoted to 'Restoring documents as quotes'. We're glad you like the feature!

I’ve been following this thread and also find this to be useful.
I went into the Sample Company (x:\softrak\acwin\samdata\*.sam) to give this a shot. It works nicely when I create a new Quote for a Customer.
But, if I choose to create a new Quote for a Prospect, I receive an Access Violation error.
I am using SalesCQ 8.1C (150226). DIC reports no errors.
