I've never used the feature so I don't know the answer but can you use secure signatures in Print Boss for something like this?

Wouldn't just a reply email saying "Approved" be sufficient?

PrintBoss could be used to email the requisition as a PDF files to the correct dept manager (just need some field that allows PrintBoss to identify the dept).

There are lots of solutions available on the market the allows you to digitally sign a PDF document.

The digitally signed document can then be emailed to the purchasing dept who would then convert the requisition into a PO and store the approved requisition in an appropriate file folder.

Steve, you may want to consider Citrix digital 'Signature' option.
