Our client is having issues with access their Accounts Payables data. Using 9.2B (161208) we get this error when opening their data: Your current version of Adagio Payables is not compatible with the version of Adagio Payables database you are currently using.

What is the solution to this. We sent the data to be fixed but the response was this was not a data error. Seems like a database error to me.

Lyndon, I've had a similar issue and it was due to the APWIN folder under x:\softrak\. The conversion created the new folder Payables but for some reason the old folder APWIN was not removed. I renamed APWIN to APWINold and it fixed the issue.

That is not the case. I do not have an APWIN folder in X:\softrak\ and this happens on multiple staff machines with the same data.

There are 2 separate issues here.

Earlier today, after an upgrade install, data was opened using Payables 92B. However, there was still a 92A Payables program installed and 92A will not open 92B data.

The data sent in has an empty global file. It can't be opened by 92A or 92B.

Turns out the APGLOB file was corrupt (as indicated above). We were able to restore from a backup. Yay for clients who do backups!!!!
