We have two matters in Time and Billing that do not have an assigned staff member. It gives an error in the integrity check. You cannot edit the matter - it says to do an integrity check. You cannot delete the matter. It says to do an integrity check. And rebuilding the database does not fix the issue. Please help.

Hi, Marshal,

What version(release date) of T&B are you using? You can get this information by selecting Help | About from the main menu.

How were these two matters (I'm assuming that's the term your site has assigned to Files) created and in what version?

In T&B 9.2A, I'm unable to create a matter and save it without having a valid Responsible staff member selected. Similarly, in AR9.2A integrated with T&B, I'm unable to save the customer record without this information.
