Tech support will have better ideas, but first check that you user has complete r/w access to their Windows\temp subdirectory (check temp= in their environment). We're assuming that there is something there to print! Also, run softrak\system\chksys.exe and make sure that their dictionaries are all properly installed.

Does the same thing happen when you simply try to preview the reports instead of printing them?
Does it happen if you try to print to a different printer on the network?
Does it happen with sample data?

I don't work for Softrak, but every time I report a similar problem they ask me these questions, so let's get them out of the way first.

In addition to all the good comments already posted, try printing the Company Profile report - which does not require a work file. This can help point out if the issue is with the local temp directory or maybe a table problem.

Perhaps also log into the machine as the Admin (not the user) to identify whether rights is indeed a culprit.

Reports that require work files are typically the batch listings, posting journals and transaction reports. Those such as Terms Code list and other general reports do not require a work file.

Check to see if they have installed any other programs that use Crystal Reports. Perhaps there is a version conflict with two sets of Cyrstal run-time files.
