You will also have to change the page length in the printer driver to a 7" form (or a custom length).

What printer are you using and does the manufacturer specifically provide a printer driver for use under Windows XP?

In Windows XP, select Start/ Printers & Faxes. When that screen opens, select File / Server Properties. Here you can define a form size. Then you can select that form size as the default for your printer.

Be aware that the measurements do not work correctly for dot matirix printers: windows, I think, assumes some sort of top margin that isn't really there. You will have to experiment with the numbeers to find out what really works on your printer.

BTW, both Adagio Invoices and Adagio Order Entry can print multiple copies of invoices on plain paper with different fields and labels on each. Most print shops can order pre-collated multicoloured paper for a laser printer: possibly a better long-term solution.
