Has anything new been done to your system or the network as far as installing or moving ACCPAC or QRWIN programs to a new drive or directory?

Can you open QRWIN successfully? Can you open any existing reports ok?

If ACCPAC plus applications have been reinstalled or moved or whatever, then QRWIN must also be reinstalled afterwards. This may be all that is required. NOTE that if you use QRWIN to report on any 3rd Party add-on product (such as Quik Invoice Plus or Inventory Receipts for example), then you must reinstall those products after you have reinstalled QRWIN.

Also, (FYI) QRWIN 6.1B is not a current product anymore. The release now shipping is QRWIN 6.2B (991217). You can purchase an upgrade from your Dealer.

I forgot to mention that you should also check your QRASP directory, which contains the tables Quik Reports for Windows uses for reading the data. The above directory will be found on the drive where all of your Accpac Plus programs are, and you should look for files of the type qrt*.qrw. If none of these exist, then you should reinstall Quik Reports for Windows to refresh the tables. You may want to reinstall anyway...

Also edit the crw.ini file, located in the C:\windows directory, and look for the 'Accpac Path' setting, near the bottom of the file. The drive letter should be where your Accpac Plus programs are, otherwise there may be a problem. If the information is incorrect, you can change it here and save it.
