When using AR, I export an Aged trial balance report into Microsoft Excel but the columns are all messed up.

Customer name is out by 2 columns as well as many other problems.

Is this a known issue?
What version of excel will give me the desired output?
Thanks

Printing a report to Excel is never guaranteed to be perfect. If you picture a printed report, the Detail section lends itself to Excel reasonably well because it is mostly a series of columns. But the header and footer are not columnar. When Crystal inserts those sections, the columns in Excel start to become disorganized.

If you need to work with the data in organized columns, GridView does a much better job.
