Hi,

we had to use our back up file due to some breakdown.....so when i first went to use the back up file, i got a message that i need to change my currency path and EZ path.It was set to C:/softrak - when i clicked ok it still wouldn't let me in.So i changed the C to drive G (which is where the path is from).
So now i don't get the message about the currency/EZ path.......but now it pops up :"Caution: signon failed".

Also since i punched in G:/ , the Controller who shares Adagio can't get in now. He was in before this-now he gets the same
"Caution: signon failed" message!!!

Any advice or help?
Thanks

Hi Jackie,

Sounds like your paths are still incorrect. So, you need to change the setup in your adsprof.xxx (where xxx is your data extension) which is located in your data directory.

Open this file with notepad and you will see that there is a path for "currency" and for "task". You need to make sure that these are pointing to the correct spot.

Unfortunately, I cannot tell you specifically where you need to point as each setup is unique. If you are unsure yourself, you should contact your Adagio dealer who will be able to configure this for you.

Jackie,

If you have, or had, Adagio co-existing with ACCPAC Plus, the path is usually \ASP on the drive where ACCPAC programs are installed.

If you are not co-existing with Accpac Plus, the correct path usually is \softrak\system. But you indeed may have a unique setup as Ryan alluded to, so you may require assistance in locating the EZTASKS.LD4 file or the MCCODES.LD4 currency files.
