Hi JoAnn,

On looking in the Company Profile for Cashbook, I see that the Company Number field only has 6 characters. This seems to be different than the manual, which indicates a maximum of 11 characters. The screen-shot of the company profile in the manual also seems to suggest that the Company Number field should be bigger. I don't know when this had changed, but I assume that this is posing a problem for you.

Because the company number will be the same for every form, you could 'hard-code' the 11 character company ID into your 1099 specification, rather than using a code to print it.

For the Recipient (Vendor) ID, there is a 15 character code for a Vendor ID, but it is not clear what spec code is used to print this. Only codes %V1 to %V10 are listed for Misc. Vendors in Cashbook. Since %V11 prints the Vendor ID for checks, perhaps this is the same for 1099s?

Because Peresoft is the developer of Cashbook, they would be the ones to make any programming changes if needed. Could you let us know if there are any further problems? Thanks.
