In Adagio GL 6.8, user enter a G/L posting of 4 items. When they printed the Posting Journal Report, the first item had a small c at the end of line detailing the entry. The other 3 items where fine and the posted balance matched the debit and credit side. On this same report under the Postings is a section called Consolidated Transaction Report, which lists the first posted item that has the small c.

This is the first time a posting journal report ever had this on it. What does it mean and how can a user enter a consolidated transaction? Also will this cause issues in the future, ie reports listing, balances?

In the programs help I can only find info on Maintenance |Consolidated .... which looks as if it is used at year-end to remove zero balance accounts and consolidates others and about muliply bank account can be consolidated.
