For some reason the 'email' section in my Order Entry on the fax/email menu is not available to me. (it's light grey but the fax menus are black). I checked the options and it is ticked for both allow emails and allow fax. I choose an invoice then 'print' then 'email' then it says '1 email has been added to queue' But when I go to the FAX/EMAIL menu, I can't access the email options.
The last time I emailed invoices was Sept.6 and then I downloaded the OE 062825 on Sept.8/06. Do you think this might have something to do with my problem?
