When a client prints/emails customer statements, she wants the system to automatically create a note in every customer's record who gets a statement to the effect of "Statement Sent".

Has anyone managed to figure a way to do this?

Hi Steve,

There is an option in the Receivables Company Profile called 'Add customer note for statement'. Would this work?

Sure would.
