Most of our purchase orders are created in this module. Our salespeople have been printing them from their own desk computers but we have switched to using 2 network printers and I don't see a place where they can even choose another printer. Most of the modules have a "setup" before printing where they can select the printer to use. I don't see this in the PO module.
It must be there, and I'm missing it.......

I found that if we go to the documents tab on top, a printer can be selected. That's the feature I can't find for them to choose printers when printing the original PO right after it's created.

There is a 'Printer setup' button available for printing Documents (ie POs, Receipts, etc) and re-directing to a different printer at run-time. This Printer Setup at run-time does not appear to be available for Reports. What were you wanting to print to a different printer?

You can also define a specific printer in general for printing in PO from the File / Options screen. Either choose Default to use your Windows default printer or select a Specific printer from the list of available printers set up for this workstation.
