Hello Ronco405

You can change the information displayed in all Adagio "grids". Just double click on the column titles at the top of the grid. The "Grid Editor" will pop up and allow you to add and remove columns from the grid. You can also re-size the windows that display this information and Adagio will remember the new window sizes. Just make sure that File | Options | Save Window Size is ticked.

Hello again, Ron

Just as your previous AP post, you can use the Column Editor - for those people who did not visit the post on Adagio Payables, I have entered the quote from that topic here:

quote:
Yes, there is a way to get the batch entry number to be displayed on the screen...you can use the Adagio Column Editor.

First, let's check to ensure that you are able to access the column editor. If it is not selected in the User Setup for your User, then you may not be able to...

1. Open Payables, and sign in as the generic SYS-SYS for both Username and Password.
2. Select File - User Setup
3. Select the User you normally sign in to Adagio with
4. Make sure the 'Edit Columns' option is checked, then click OK

Now you will be able to edit columns by:
1. Go to the screen that you wish the entry number to be displayed in
2. Double-left-click on one of the column HEADINGS (e.g. Invoice). This will bring up the column editor.
3. From the Field Selection list on the left, select "Entry #", then click on the top yellow arrow that points to the right. This will insert this onto the list on the left.
4. If necessary, position the Entry # field where you would like to see it displayed (if you wish it to be displayed on the far left of the screen, then it should be at the top of this list).
5. When you are done, click OK

Now you should see the Entry # column displayed on this screen.

The Column Editor is incorporated into each Adagio Module and is accessed by following the same steps as above, depending on what screen you wish to alter. (Not all screens will enable you to modify the columns though.)
