This has been reported before, but nobody got back to us with what (if any) resolution was found.
QRW must be installed after AR. If your client has re-installed AR - they must re-install QRW. If you do not know for sure, it won't hurt to try to reinstall QRW now.
Before you do, rename the following QRW .dlls to ensure that they get overwritten:
windows\crystal\pdbssi.dll
windows\crystal\pdirssi.dll
windows\system\pqrtssi.dll
The other known causes for this phenomenon are:
- when you are pointing to a dataset that does not actually have AR files in it.
- If the ARGLOB file is open when you select the AR table in QRW (or at some point in QRW), the phone/fax numbers will be gone. To cause the global to be open in AR, sit in the date field in the AR entry screen. Of course the global is opened momentarily at other times in AR and OE. Sitting in AR co profile with ARGLOB locked exclusive does not cause a problem. The ARGLOB is not open while in co profile. This makes sense because QRW does not support locking in ACCPAC.
Another thing you can try is to 'remove' the Company and recreate it again (select / edit Company - new - browse etc.).
