You should check the integrity of your data. There are no known issues like this, so I would suspect it is something specific to your system.

If the integrity check does not report errors on your data then something like a power variation, software conflict etc. at the time of posting may have caused this (hopefully one-time) damage to the QIW batch.

If the data is clean you might want to try a test where you run the same procedures against Sample data. If you can reproduce the error with that data it would indicate that the program is damaged and should be reinstalled.

You will also need to do a journal entry in GL to put it back in balance with AR.
