How do I import an Easy Pay payroll batch into Ledger?

Easypay can create a CSV file as long as the correct GL account codes are entered into Easypay. You would have to define a template in the ledger to import this.

It appears that I can only generate .del files which won't import?

".del" may mean "delimited". If you open the file with notepad, does it look like it's comma delimited or does it use some other character. Perhaps make a copy of the file with a ".csv" extension and see whether that works for you.

The .DEL file is definitely a comma-separated text file.You can create an Import template in Adagio Ledger. Use File | Import | Batches | Detail Only and define the fields that are in the .DEL file. The key is to remember to use the "Field Defaults" tab to specify the Fiscal Year. You may want to make the process easier by asking your Adagio consultant to help with the template set-up.
