To modify any of the reports you must use Crystal Reports for Adagio and would most likely need a "programmer" to make the modification. I am not clear on how it would be determined who would be assigned an "R", "L" or "D" or how this would be used. You should discuss this requirement with your Adagio dealer.

You could use the Customer Profile Report Group field to store the status and have the report modified to include this field. You could purchase Adagio Reports and make the modification yourself.

Most competent Adagio Consultants should be able to modify the stock Crystal Reports and/or create new ones for you.

A programmer would be required if the Adagio program itself had to be modified in some way and/or a custom utility or macro was required.

I believe that the solution outlined in this tread could be delivered without your having to purchase a copy Adagio Reports, however you would lose the stock report (without the R, L, & D) in the process.

Other custom report may require that Adagio Reports be purchased.
