When two of us in customer service search for a customer at the same time we will receive an error message that states:
Access violation at address 004033AC in module 'OEWIN.EXE' read of address FFFFFFFF. Sometimes we have so many customers with the same name, different address, and we will search from the address field not by the name of our customer.
One person has to stop the search so the other can continue and when a customer is on the phone this is inconvenient.

Do each of your users have their own sign-on initials with Adagio? This is important as SmartFinder search information are saved by user - and possible collisions can occur if people log in with the same user ID into Adagio. In fact, we can duplicate an error when 2 people use the same Adagio User ID, but no errors when different user logins are used.

What version of Adagio OrderEntry is installed?

Assuming that the program is installed on a shared network drive along with the data, make sure that your network cards and hubs are all 100 Base T, not 10 Base. This ensures faster read of network data.
