Do each of your users have their own sign-on initials with Adagio? This is important as SmartFinder search information are saved by user - and possible collisions can occur if people log in with the same user ID into Adagio. In fact, we can duplicate an error when 2 people use the same Adagio User ID, but no errors when different user logins are used.

What version of Adagio OrderEntry is installed?

Assuming that the program is installed on a shared network drive along with the data, make sure that your network cards and hubs are all 100 Base T, not 10 Base. This ensures faster read of network data.
