I'm receiving this error when attempting to print the check reconciliation:
Error adding record to Check Rec Batch Header Work File, record already exists.
and
Error adding record to Check Rec Batch Detail Work File, record already exists.

Any suggestions?

I can print the reconciliation in my US Bank, but not CDN.

Assuming you are talking about Adagio BankRec...

What version are you using (including the service pack date)?

Make a backup of the data and then run Data Integrity Check. Does it pass? If it fails and you run the Rebuild function (repeat until it passes), does the problem go away?

This is also a symptom of mis-matched dictionaries. Run \SOFTRAK\SYSTEM\CHKSYS.EXE and see if it complains about anything.
